Does Project IGICU support Kinyarwanda?
Yes. EGreed products support English, French, Kinyarwanda, and Swahili in UI and, where relevant, in AI models.
Where is data stored?
You can choose Rwanda, East Africa, or global regions. Enterprise plans support strict in-country data residency.
Is Project IGICU secure?
Yes — encryption at rest and in transit, MFA, SSO, audit logs, and alignment with Rwanda Data Protection Law and GDPR.
Can I pay with Mobile Money?
Yes. We accept MTN Mobile Money (MoMo), Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfers in RWF and USD.
How do I get support?

Does Project IGICU have SDKs?
Yes. Official SDKs for JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, PHP, Flutter, .NET, Kotlin, Swift, and Rust.
Is there an on-premise version?
Enterprise customers can deploy on private infrastructure. Contact sales@egreedtech.org.
How stable are the APIs?
Stable, versioned APIs with a minimum 12-month deprecation window and detailed release notes.
Is there a status page?
Yes — status.egreedtech.org publishes real-time incident and uptime data.
Can I contribute to the docs?
Yes. Every article has an Edit link that opens the source in our public docs repository.
How do I request a feature?

What's the SLA?
99.9% for standard plans, 99.99% for enterprise. Service credits are automatic when SLAs are missed.
